Food Donation Campaign
Everyone who attends the 2012 ODA Annual Spring Convention is encouraged to participate in ODA's Food Donation Campaign to benefit the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma. Food and monetary donations are welcome. For each $1 or food item donated, attendees will receive a raffle ticket and be entered to win a 2012 Oklahoma Nutrition Manual.

Registration
Early-bird registration deadline is February 24, 2012. Online registration is available, or the registration form may be downloaded and sent via mail or fax. Registration fees and forms are available on our registration site.
Hotel
Hotel rooms are available for a $79 discounted rate at the Holiday Inn Express, located right next to the SpiritBank Event Center. Click on the link below to book your room online or call 877-834-3613. Use the Group Code, ODA, to receive the discounted room rate.

Sponsor, Exhibitor, Donor, and Advertising Opportunities Available Now!
The Oklahoma Dietetic Association (ODA) invites all companies and organizations to participate at our annual spring convention. Approximately 350 Registered Dietitians, Nutrition Professionals, and dietetic students will attend this two day event.
Exhibitors: The Expo will be held on Friday, March 16, 2012, and it will be located in an area that will provide our exhibitors with excellent access to our attendees. We have reserved 1 1/2 hours solely for attendees to visit the exhibits.
Sponsors: In addition to general sponsorships, there are opportunities to sponsor speaker, meals, the awards reception, or the fitness walk. Gold, Silver, and Bronze sponsorships are available. All sponsors receive a complimentary exhibit booth.
Donors: Companies and organizations can also donate a door prize for the expo or donate a food item, coupon, or product information for the goodie bags.
Advertising: There are opportunities to advertise in the convention program. The program is printed and provided to everyone that attends this event. Quarter page, half page, and full page ad space is available.

Student Volunteers Needed
Students can volunteer to help at the convention! Volunteer for half of Thursday, March 15th or Friday, March 16th. Attend the rest of the convention that same day for free!

Student Poster Session
Undergraduate and graduate students, now is your chance to submit an abstract for the Poster Session at the 2012 ODA Spring Convention which will be held at the SpiritBank Event Center in Tulsa, OK. The Poster Session will provide an excellent opportunity for you to display your research to your peers and to professionals in an interactive setting.
The posters will be displayed during the ODA Spring Convention on Thursday, March 15, 2012 following the last educational session on that afternoon.
Interested participants must submit a registration form with an abstract to the ODA Central Office by Friday, February 10, 2012. Registration forms and abstracts can be sent via facsimile or e-mail to:
