Oklahoma Beef Council Recipe of the Month
Moroccan Rub for Beef
Makes 3 Tbsp.
Ingredients:

2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
2 Tbsp. Olive oil
3 large cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. ground red pepper

Cooking Instructions:

1. Combine all ingredients in small bowl.
2. Rub on both sides of beef cut prior to grilling.
